The way we usually work is to first have a meeting where we discuss everything and get some rough ideas down (this can take place over the phone, email or a face to face meeting), from this we should be able to give you a rough estimate of how much the project should cost you, and I will get an idea of your company's visual look, your products/service, your target audience, and how best to reach them. If you decide to go ahead with the project then the next stage is for us to produce you a list of exactly what we will be designing. This may include various solutions to production of the sign (eg hand painted, acrylic, wood, metal etc). You can choose which ones you like and suggest improvements / alterations. We will make changes and create the final design. Once created it will be run by you to make sure that it is all correct and tell us about any final changes you want us to make before sending to printers.
